· We are not “food buyers.” We follow production from start to finish. Teaming up with food experts, we make our semi-finished and finished products with our own recipes.
· We also support sustainable farming projects. Developing Sicilian almond growing means a lot for the island. Since water is an issue in Sicily, developing a traditional dry farming business helps save this precious resource. A successful almond growing business saves and preserves our landscape and improves the income of local growers. That’s how we pursue sustainability.
· Our products are all about authenticity and performance. Each of them must be original but this is not enough: It must taste far better than any other product in the same category. Origins in a food product are not enough if it underperforms in taste.
