Our almonds come from two major farming districts in Sicily. They stand out from other almonds thanks to their texture, flavor, and high nutrient content. Rich in essential oils, they perform splendidly either in savory or sweet preparations. Their their slightly bitter aftertaste adds flavor and nuance and is a real signature feature.
